Church Name and Details

Basic Information

Add your church name, location, and basic details. This information appears in shared content and helps identify your church.

Why It Matters

Your church details help Asaph provide localized insights. You'll see songs that work well for churches in your area, denomination, and context.

Updating Church Information

  1. Go to Settings (admin only)

  2. Scroll to Church section

  3. Select Church profile

  4. Update name, location, and denomination

  5. Click Save

Managing Services

Add and edit service times through Manage services in the Church section. See Article 1.11: Managing Services for full details.

Your Service

All team members (not just admins) can select their regular service through Your service in the Church section. This helps Asaph know when to prompt you for feedback from a congregation perspective.

Managing Team Members

Accessing Team Settings

Team management is in the Team section of settings, below the Church section:

  • Team members - View and manage your team (admin only)

  • Copy invite link - Share invitation link (admin only)

Church Admin Controls

Admin Responsibilities

Admins manage the team, oversee church settings, and ensure Asaph serves your worship ministry well. Only assign admin access to trusted team leaders.

What Admins Can Access

In the Church section:

  • Church profile (edit church details)

  • Manage services (add/edit service times)

In the Team section:

  • Team members (view and manage team)

  • Copy invite link (share with multiple people)

Multiple Admins

You can have multiple admins in your church. This ensures someone always has access to administrative functions.

Removing Admin Access

If someone no longer needs admin permissions, demote them to member status through Team members. They'll retain access to Asaph but can't change church settings or manage the team.

Billing Management (When Available)

Subscription Settings

When paid plans launch, admins will manage billing and subscription settings here. This includes:

  • Payment methods

  • Subscription tier

  • Billing cycle

  • Invoices and receipts
