Overview

Asaph works seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Request a one-time code on each device you use, and your data syncs automatically. You can be logged in on multiple devices at once.

Asaph works on:

  • Google Chrome (version 90 or later)

  • Safari (version 14 or later)

  • Microsoft Edge (version 90 or later)

  3. Request a one-time code

  4. Check your email on your phone

  5. Enter the code in the app

Staying Logged In

Once you enter your code, you stay logged in on the app. You don't need to request a new code every time you open it.

Tablet Access

iPad and Android Tablets

Both iPad and Android tablets are fully supported. Download the mobile app for the best experience—it adapts to larger screens for easier planning and navigation.

Browser Alternative

You can also use a web browser on your tablet. The experience is similar to desktop, just optimized for touch.

Syncing Across Devices

Automatic Sync

Changes sync instantly across all your devices. Build a set list on your laptop, and it appears on your phone immediately. No manual syncing needed.

Real-Time Updates

Your team members' changes appear in real-time too. If someone shares a set list with you, you'll see it on all your devices right away.

What Syncs

Everything syncs automatically:

  • Songs in your library

  • Set lists you create or receive

  • Messages and conversations

  • Feedback you provide

  • Profile updates

  • Notification settings

Active Session Management

Multiple Sessions

Each device maintains its own login session. You can be logged in on your phone, tablet, and laptop at the same time.

Independent Sessions

Logging out on your phone doesn't affect your laptop session. Each device's session is independent.

Session Persistence

Your sessions stay active until you explicitly log out or clear your browser data. There's no automatic timeout (unless you're inactive for an extended period).

Logging Out from Devices

Manual Logout

Log out from any device using your profile menu or settings. Click your avatar or name, then select Log Out.

Security Recommendation

If you lose a device, change your email password immediately. This prevents anyone from requesting new one-time codes on your behalf.

Security Best Practices

Public Computers

Always log out when using shared or public computers. Don't stay logged in on devices you don't control.

Device Security

Keep your devices locked with passcodes or biometric authentication. Only stay logged in on devices you personally own and secure.

Lost or Stolen Devices

If a device with an active Asaph session is lost or stolen:

  1. Change your email password

  2. Monitor your account for unusual activity

Trusted Devices Only

Only log in to Asaph on devices you trust. Avoid public or shared devices when possible.

Common Questions

How many devices can I use?

There's no limit. You can access Asaph from as many devices as you need.

Do I need to log out between devices?

What happens if I log in on a new device?

Your existing sessions on other devices remain active. Each device has its own independent session.

Can I see which devices I'm logged in on?
