Asaph is a web-based platform with native mobile apps. You don't need to download software on your computer—just open your browser and log in. For mobile access, download the iOS or Android app.

Internet Connection
Required Connection
You need an active internet connection to use Asaph. Features like AI set list generation, song analysis, and team messaging all require connectivity.
Connection Speed
A standard broadband or mobile data connection works fine. Minimum recommended speed is 3 Mbps for smooth performance.
Offline Access
Asaph requires internet connectivity and doesn't currently support offline mode. You'll need to be connected to access songs, generate set lists, or view feedback.

Additional Requirements
Email Account
You need a valid email address to create your account. Asaph uses email for passwordless login (magic links).
Pop-up Blockers
Disable pop-up blockers for asaph.io to ensure magic link authentication works properly.
Cookies
Enable cookies in your browser. Asaph uses cookies to maintain your login session and preferences.
JavaScript
JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Asaph is a modern web application that requires JavaScript to function.
Asaph for Planning Center (Optional)
If you use Planning Center Services, you can install our browser extension from the Chrome Web Store:

Planning Center Account: Required for integration features
The extension is optional. You can use Asaph fully without it.
Checking Your Setup
Test Your Browser
Visit asaph.io and try logging in. If the site loads and you can request a magic link, your browser is compatible.
Test Mobile App
Download the app and log in. If you can access your song library and generate a set list, your device meets the requirements.

Common Questions
Do I need to install software?
No. The web version runs entirely in your browser. Mobile users can download the optional iOS or Android app.
Can I use Asaph on multiple devices?
Yes. Log in from any device with your email address. Your data syncs automatically across all devices.
What if my browser isn't listed?
Try it anyway. Most modern browsers work fine. If you experience issues, switch to a supported browser.
Do I need a powerful computer?
